The things that I like most is the hotel room itself because I got a luxury room stay with affordable rates, and the room was very neat and very exclusive

Staying in Deluxe room, nice & quiet. Do provide free outbound just next to hotel which we didnt expect.
Breakfast not much choices. No wifi in room except at reception area. If you come with yr driver, hotel doesnt provide restroom for driver.

Hotel Horison Berastagi is quite a good place to stay if you got a higher budget for accommodation, I and my friends having a good time and the hotel staff had try their best to fulfill our request.
The hotel is quite far from the Berastagi town, but still can take the public transport easily in front of the hotel gate.

The hotel scenery is beautiful with the garden and cold air. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful with smiling face. The hotel's room is spacious and clean.

Stayed during Easter and the hotel had a nice holiday atmosphere. Great view, and comfortable rooms with warm blankets, perfect for the chilly weather. The hotel had a good selection of Indonesian food that tasted great.
There were some issues with room service, and communication was a bit difficult at times. The hotel's location made it a bit tough to get to other places in town, and the pool, while decent, could have been cleaner.

The hotel was located comfortably near the main street and city center with easy access to public transportation. the rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and provided good service. Breakfast included delicious choices. We enjoyed the beautiful garden in front of the lobby.
There were some issues with the bathroom cleanliness and smell which could be improved.

The coffee and tea in the hotel were good. the hotel is in a picturesque location with well-maintained gardens. the hotel is situated in a good location and is easily accessible by public transportation.
The rooms are dirty and not well-maintained. the bed sheets had stains and the rooms had a dusty smell.
